Compeat Partners with Local Charities to Spread Holiday Joy

As a part of the service industry, we have a mission to serve our customers, our employees, and our communities.  Compeat supports many efforts year-long, such as No Kid Hungry, and encourages our employees to do the same by even providing a paid time-off day for employees to spend giving back to the community.  And, during the holidays we make an extra effort to give back directly to the communities where our employees and their families live by helping other local families build special holiday memories.

2018 is no different as we continue our tradition of supporting great causes. We are proud to able to contribute to these amazing charities!

Our Austin office collaborated an effort to benefit Toys for Tots, a not-for-profit started by the Marines that collects new, unwrapped toys and distributes them to less fortunate children in communities all over the country.

Our Petaluma office adopted a single mother and her two young children from the Sonoma Valley Holiday Giving Program.  We are proud to support this program since 2013 in their efforts to serve Petaluma low-income families, emancipated youth, the elderly, and those living with homelessness or disability who might otherwise go without gifts.

For the first time our Houston office has adopted a family through the Candlelighters Adopt a Family Program. Candlelighters is a is a Texas originated program that Provides emotional, educational and practical support to families of children with cancer. Our team adopted a family of five with a 14-year-old daughter who has been diagnosed with Earwing’s Sarcoma and will have the pleasure of meeting this family when they personally deliver the presents!

On behalf of the entire Compeat family, Happy Holidays to you and yours.
