Pat oversees all organizational culture, human resource management, employee development, recruiting top talent and offices management.
With more than 30 years of experience in operations, customer service, and restaurant management, Pat has a proven track record in building teams to deliver superior customer service since joining Ctuit in 2006. Pat steadily advanced up the ranks throughout her tenure, until achieving the position she holds today. Pat’s contribution was recognized by the industry when she was honored with the 2017 Hospitality Technology Top Women in Food Service Technology Award for Lifetime Achievement.
Prior to joining Compeat and Ctuit, Pat worked with the Lark Creek Restaurant Group as a General Manager. She also previously held positions in customer service and account management for Progressive Insurance.
Pat holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from UC Davis. She resides in Northern California with her husband. Pat enjoys cooking, volleyball, and spending time outdoors whether it’s the beach or mountains.
